🌼 Summer Chamomile Water Recipe 🌼

Chamomile is a versatile herb used in herbal medicine, with two main types: Roman Chamomile, known for stress relief, and German Chamomile, celebrated for gut health and aptly called the "Mother of the Gut.


🌼 Ingredients:


Freshly picked chamomile flowers (a handful)


1 litre of spring water


1 tablespoon of honey (optional)


A few mint leaves (optional)


Ice cubes


🌼 Instructions:


Harvest Chamomile: Pick a handful of fresh chamomile flowers.


Have 1 litre of drinking water.


Infuse Flowers: Place the chamomile flowers in a jug and pour the water over them. Let it steep for 30 minutes.


Leave the flowers in the water if you don't mind consuming them along with your drink.


You can add Honey and/or Mint (Optional).


Chill (Optional): Refrigerate the chamomile water for at least 1 hour.


Serve: (Optional) Pour over ice cubes and enjoy a refreshing, gut-friendly summer drink.
